  • ADMINISTRATIVE Group -- Handles administrative and support functions.
  • COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE Group -- Researches the region's economic background, the prospective candidates and industry trends.  This research gives the Telling Group an independent, reasonable assessment that is used to determine the best marketing strategy and potential buyer.
  • DATABASE Group -- Uses the most current electronic data and print media research to produce top results for out clients.  Has access to, and manages, the best databases in the world.
  • FINANCIAL/EVALUATION Group -- Headed by Jeff Jones from Houston with outstanding experience both as a broker and appraiser (http://www.certifiedappraisers.com). This group handles the evaluation and spreading of the financial data so that is clear, accurate and understandable by a wide range of financially trained readers.
  • MARKETING Group -- Works with the seller's material to analyze current marketing efforts, then provides input and assistance based on that analysis that guides the marketing strategy of the sale of the business.
  • MEDIA and PRODUCTION Group -- Handles production of print and video materials in relation to the distribution of pertinent information to potential buyers.
  • NEGOTIATION and MANAGEMENT Group -- This group, headed by Telling Group's principal Ed Telling, includes negotiation specialists along with the client's attorney and CPA.  This Telling Group handles the intense negotiating sessions and is in constant contact with the client throughout the process.
  • TECHNOLOGY Group -- Acquires, maintains, and trains the entire team on the latest technology so that we can deliver our services with both personal attention and quality.
