Richard Song is a Managing Director of the Telling Group, Ltd. and heads the Health Care Advisory Team. Richard has over fifteen years of middle market M&A experience and has worked with a variety of health care companies throughout his career. Richard has advised over 300 privately-held companies in all aspects of M&A and valuation. Prior to founding the Telling Group, Ltd. Health Care Advisory Team, Richard advised health care companies on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions for a New York City-based middle market investment bank comprised primarily of former senior Wall Street investment bankers. Additionally, he has founded his own middle market M&A advisory practice and served as a senior vice-president of M&A for a national firm that is now a division of Citigroup. Richard has a B.A. in economics from Whitman College.
